Our four-day mini accelerator is designed to help you find your very first customers. The goal is to get your product launched in the market while giving you practical steps to move your start-up forward.

This program is for NTNU students, members and alumni.

Here’s what we’ll be working on together:

• Who exactly is your customer?

• Do you understand your customer's journey?

• How should you set your pricing?

• How can you design an effective sales process?

• How do you pitch your idea?

• And most importantly, how do you close the deal?

The First Customer Programme kicks off Thursday evening and continues over the weekend.
This programme is perfect for you if you’re working on a start-up idea and:

• You've gone through the Startup Preschool phase or have an idea with real growth potential.

• You have the technical expertise but need business-minded partners to help turn your idea into a business.

• You’re passionate about running a business, or you'd like to join a promising start-up team.

By the end of the programme, our aim is to help you create a "minimum viable product" that's ready to be tested or piloted with a customer.

Here’s the schedule for the First Customer Programme:

• Thursday: 16:30 – 19:30

• Friday: 16:00 – 19:30

• Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00

• Sunday: 10:00 – 14:00
