The accelerator assists you in finding your first customers to launch your product in the market and helps you with concrete steps to advance your start-up business development.
We will work together on the following topics:
- Who is your customer?
- Do you know what your customer journey is?
- How to design your pricing?
- How to design your sales process?
- How to present your idea?
- How to close the deal?
The First Customer Programme runs five Wednesdays in a row from 09.00 to 12.00.
Each session will consist of 90 minutes of lectures and 90 minutes of individual mentoring. The program will end with a 2-day boot camp in Poznan on the 26-27th of November.
This accelerator is right for you if you are working on the startup idea and:
- have gone through pre-school or have an idea with growth potential.
- have technology know-how but need business oriented team members to turn the technology/know-how idea into the business
- want to a run business, but would like to join a promising idea as a team member.
The goal is that by the end of the programme you will have a "minimum viable product" that is ready for testing or piloting with a customer.

As a "team member," we’d love for you to join us for the first and last sessions, as well as the boot camp in Poznan. However, you’re more than welcome to attend the entire programme if you'd like!
